We mentioned that chakras are energy centres in our bodies; relating to our endocrine system that governs our physical and emotional health. This means if something is going on at our energy body, it will eventually manifests itself in our physical body. The location of the problem will show us which chakra centre we need to look at.
It is important to understand that once an energy problem manifests physically, then it must be taken care of physically first; however, while doing that it’s crucial to support the healing process at an energy level. This will not only quicken the physical healing; but also, ensures the problem wouldn't return.
There are many ways you can heal and balance your chakras which I’ll be talking about on my next post.
